Timur's Lash: Flared Magwell + Reactive Reload? (Destiny)

Is that combo worth it? Here's what the gun has:

* Hip Fire
* Lightweight / Flared Magwell / Explosive Rounds
* Reactive Reload

I'm tempted to keep it, but I'm not sure about it. Maybe I should unlock those & try it out...
