New HoW Weapon Perks (Destiny)
Gamerant has a post detailing the new weapon perks being introduced with House of Wolves:

Nothing that really jumps out at me as particularly interesting. Hidden Hand might be quite useful when paired with certain weapons, particularly Hand Canons with a high range rating. Army of One could actually be quite beneficial in PvE, depending on how significant the recharge boosts are.
Thoughts?
I want Graverobber

New HoW Weapon Perks
I really hope the Less/More perks only appear in multi-perk slots. It would suck if you had to lower a particular trait just to max out the weapon.

I was thinking the same thing. It would quickly turn into a game of "what other gear/ability can I equip to counter the negative impact of this perk", which is a lot of trouble just to "break even".
New HoW Weapon Perks
Battle Runner, Hidden Hand, Grave Robber, Triple Tap, & Replenish have my curiosity piqued.
Also:
-If replenish fills your mag the same way Bad JuJu's perk does, I could see that being great way to get extra special ammo in Crucible.
-Triple tap is identical to Phantom gift on The Word of Crota
-Some of the Less/More perks seem redundant. Specifically, Hand-Laid stock and Injection Mold.

I was thinking this also.
New HoW Weapon Perks
I'm not sure Battle Runner is one I'd have a desire for on many weapons, but it is interesting in that there's now something else in the game which can increase sprint speed, besides MIDA or that Bladedancer perk.

I wonder if the effects are more extreme on one of those than the other.
Icarus
Interesting now that there is a hemet and a perk that increase accuracy while in the air. Do people do lots of jump shots that I'm not aware of?
Graverobber + Replenish + Ruin Wings
Icarus
Constantly in Crucible, thought I never understand why, since I always kill them because they miss wildly.

The only reason I would jump shoot is if I had a shotgun, AR or something like the last word. And really, it would barely help the AR and maybe help last word...
Icarus
I suspect these perks were specifically designed to go along with the Sunsigner's Angel of Light perk, in an attempt to make it more useful.
*Edit*
Of course, this would only apply to the weapon perk since the helmet is a Hunter item. Duh lol
I miss Halo jump sniping.

That may be what this is for, but airborne sniping is impossible without Angel of Light, and this may be a way to see mid-air snipes return to the Bungieverse.
New HoW Weapon Perks
Thoughts?
These are mostly dumb. The current perks give bonuses without drawbacks. All of these do the same thing, but have drawbacks and so are worse. Either they are replacing the current perks, or they will just never be used and be dumb.
Except Replenish. There is no way that will ever drop on a heavy weapon :-) Even on a special it'd be insanely good in the Crucible.
I miss Halo jump sniping.
I'll occasionally jump snipe on Twilight Gap when I have the final round perk active on Efrideet's Spear. Paired with Snapshot it's about the only I can get this to actually work. Headshots never happen though.

Yet another reason I'm looking forward to Exotac Angel and this Icarus perk. I NEED BOTH.
New HoW Weapon Perks
I want Graverobber on a shotgun.
Get up close and personal, lay waste to a dozen enemies with your boomstick, run out of ammo in the middle of the horde, then one punch the face and you're back in it with no downtime. This is how Titans were meant to play.

Graverobber could be great in situations such as what you've described, depending how frequently it triggers. If it's at least 50%, then it'll be useful. Much less than that and I fear it won't be enough to allow a substantial change in playstyle.
New HoW Weapon Perks
Battle Runner, Hidden Hand
The only two I'm interested in right now.
Uhhh... Blink Shotgun, anyone?
This is already an incredibly deadly combination, add this perk on a shotgun and it may get even deadlier. I'm not very good at it, and I fear that I will die even more often from hunters and warlocks doing this.
New HoW Weapon Perks
I was thinking a perk like this is gonna be around 15% so as to not 'break' crucible
Like people are suggesting with specials, they've just decreased special ammo to 'balance' the game more , why would they then increase it dramatically
Also this perk on a primary would be USELESS as you get primary ammo from kills anyway. I'm thinking this perk will be found on a specific RL which only carries 1 in chamber and 2-3 rockets in total, RL will have perfect balance and proximity detention. This is literally the only way I see this perk being 'balanced' from bungie point of view as they're always on about the sudden burst of intense gameplay when heavies are popped

Not so!
It doesn't give you more ammo on a melee kill, it refills the magazine.
It means you can skip the reload, if you get lucky; sounds very useful to me, in certain situations.
New HoW Weapon Perks
I would imagine the positive attributes for these perks are higher than any of the perks you could previously get, otherwise, yes they would be pointless.

Constantly. It's a great way to get the jump (heh) on an opponent. If you can land a shot (rarely 2) before hitting the ground you've got the advantage. Also, if you're paying attention to other fights around you, a quick jump-shot can net you a kill on an already weakened opponent.
Now one caveat is that this works best with weapons like Hand Cannons, sometimes Shotguns, and rarely Pulse/Scout rifles. I haven't had much success with Auto Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Machineguns, or Fusion Rifles. (but then I hate Fusion Rifles)
