Not sure, but I bought an extra last night and rolled Rangefinder, Send it, and Sureshot IS. I'm looking forward to testing it out!

I remembered. :)
It's why I'd kept one around for so long. It's going to replace my TFWPKY 1969 as my main Crucible Hand Cannon from now on. At least until I see what House of Wolves brings.
