All of our news comes from reddit, but we'll be happy to speculate on that news for you here if that's what you're looking for.

You are seeing Tweets from Bungie right?

That's really all the confirmation we need.

Oddly enough I think players got a message that they would be booted to download the update, but I guess we won't get to experience it until later. Probably when HoW drops.

We talked about this with Crota, but it's better to push the bulk of the data over the next couple weeks as people sign in on their regular schedules rather than all at once on the 19th.

Looks to be the same thing, you're right.

Looking forward to all the datamining posts from those nutjobs Reddit after we download this update!

Shed-Net 2.0

So in preparation for the upcoming downloads I upgraded to Shed-Net 2.0. The two hamsters I had running to keep my router going were getting tired so I "hired" out of the local squirrel workforce. While some would argue this outsourcing is undermining the hamsters Union (local007) I have seen an increase in quality of life for myself. So we don't have to wait til next week to play!!!!

As an expert I have to say; this idea seems a little nuts to me.

I agree, I think you need to hire professionals. The Ferret workforce.

The ferrets wanted a CBA and demanded 8 hour workdays and paid holidays which I found absurd. And we all know that weasels are slippery bastards so they weren't even in contention. Now I could have gone the exotic route and got an ermine or two but dealing with peta and us fish and game would have been a massive headache.
