The Patch is live, patch notes.

What does it mean when it says Hive and Oracle disruptor trigger more often? I thought they triggered every time you hit a major or an oracle…

Nope. Every time you hit a major/oracle, you had a % chance to do extra damage, dependant on that weapon's Rate of fire.

You guys seriously didn't notice this?

It wasn't random though, it had a cooldown is all.
