Looks like HoW gear has snuck it's way in to the Crucible drops a day early. Just got this from a skirmish match:

Can't try it yet, as it's buried a mile deep in the postmaster.
Yeah, so far I have only seen it from Salvage though

I dunno, as ARs go I tend to favor the slow firing/high stability variety, and this fits the bill. The only bad part for me personally would be Third Eye - it's not a terribly useful perk for someone who doesn't do Crucible. There's always re-forging, though!
Oh thank goodness. Was hoping I wouldn't need to do Salvage.
