I have no idea how we beat it. We were all level 33, two titans and one warlock. Spoilers for burns and modifiers in here.

It's exactly the same as the one Dudebro and Bungie did.

Tip 1: On round 3, wait for only one guy to be alive, then kill yourselves, to get your shields back. Then kill the guys.
Tip 2: On round 4, I have no godly idea how to beat this. We just did once and I don't know how. Arc hive with dismantling mines.
Tip 3: On round 5, have a bubble with armor of light. The guy sets the floor on fire. It's like playing the floor is lava, but for real. Get a titan with a bubble and armor of light, then jump in and out of his bubble. We did this, spent most of our time dead with one guy alive, revived, and shot the boss with Gjallarhorn. He died after a half an hour.
Tip 4: Your loot from the big chest is no better on 34 than on lower levels.

i did as well, no wipes. It wasn't that hard if you have a strategy.

All of the arenas have good places where you can hide and be relatively safe. The Cabal arena's spot is when you first enter. Hive is directly across from where you enter. Fallen has several.

Everybody should stay there and kill dudes. When it comes time to dismantle mines, have one person run out and do it while the other two distract. The key is for the remaining two people to take the brunt of the impact from the enemies to draw them away. Obviously a blade dancer with invisibility is the best person for that, or a titan with a bubble.

Use heavy ammo synths liberally.

Stay in the safe spot. Snipe him with Black Hammer. Have one guy on watch for enemies that try to run up on you / take out Wizards.

If you are a Warlock, Angel of Light is great for Urzok's Rage.
