And yes, it is pretty damn good. I prefer to spam it as opposed to charging, though, so I treat them like free, fast-firing, bottomless-clip Rare rocket launchers.

I think they are great. They are solid for what you want them for and you can still use them for less useful purposes. Also, they make a very interesting dynamic of "Shoot and run like hell"
Could be an interesting weapon in PvP for a relevant game type :)

I love it, either in "spam mode" or when used as a slow-charging command-detonated sticky on a bounty target.
