The second thing is the color scheme. It's dull gray like the Moon, not bright white like the Traveler.
To be fair, the Earth is hardly dull gray either but it only makes sense for the center circle to be the Earth...unless it's the sun, and the smaller circle is the Earth. Why Dead Orbit then? THE EARTH HAS STOPPED ORBITING THE SUN?!
