IMO.... :)

Finally got a second chance at this with Squid and Xenos tonight. Must say I was worried because of the crushing defeat last week. First game was a W. Yeah, 3-0 start. I was stoked. Then a close loss. No biggie, it has been forgiven. Another close loss. Cool, just one L. Then another loss. Ugghhhhh. Not this again. But we pulled it together and finished out the card with 9 W's. It's the best feeling ever.

To me, PvE challenges are pretty tough, but after you learn the mechanics its gets a little easier, a little more predictable, and a little less fulfilling. Each time you win a trials game, heck even a round. Its awesome. You out-smarted, out-played, and sometimes out-lucked three others. Its not predictable and always exciting.

I will say, It seemed alot easier at 34 than 32. And I gelled well with my teammates. We also ran a bubble titan, fireborn warlock, and GG hunter which make for a well rounded set of abilities. Weapons of light was meh, so I switched to Blessing and that seemed to help alot. I also stopped running an exotic primary if favor of invective. I think from there out most of my kills were shotty kills.

Lastly I thought I'd hate Pantheon. That map blows. It ended up being better than I thought, and perhaps better than Burning Shrine. I can't wait to see what's in store for next weekend.

I love it too. I've never been a huge fan of Destiny's PvP, but Trials of Osiris might be my favorite part of the game right now. Such a great activity :)

I rarely run WoL, Blessing is much better all around IMHO.

Some day I hope to do well^H^H^H^H decent at ToO. It's a lot of fun.

Trials is a very polarizing event. I have yet to read of someone doing "ok". You're either the steamroller or the pavement. There's not much in between. :)

Your title says it all, it's just incomplete: "Winning in the Trials is the best thing in Destiny!...but losing in Trials is the worst."
