Felwinter's RoF is too low, and with Shot Package you don't really need all that Impact. I die a lot because I can't nail a second kill fast enough. If I can get a Queen's Shotgun with Full Auto, increased Range and Shot Package I'd drop Felwinter in an instant.

You and me both, thatalsodude. I've spent about 50 motes on that thing, and gotten 2 of the 3 about 8 times.
