... or didn't there used to be a way for us to buy faction rep? Aside from the commendations swap that was introduced with HoW, I mean. I could've sworn there was once a way to buy faction rep by spending marks or materials or something.
For the first week or two in September you could turn planetary materials into vanguard/crucible marks; but I don't recall there ever being a way to "buy" faction rep.
