While doing all that poking around in the archives I was struck by just how much Destiny has changed since launch. Obviously, we have The Dark Below and House of Wolves, but it was kinda neat reading back to the big weapon rebalance, the heavy ammo fix, the introduction of the Tumbler, the Raid fixes, Iron Banner 2.0, etc. Yeah, I wish the game had started out more like it is now, but Bungie's level of commitment is kinda striking when compared to most every other game I own.

One thing in particular stuck out to me. In the last patch notes it says:

Fixed an issue that caused players to wait an excessively long time to respawn

I think this is referring to those times where the Crucible would seem to cue up respawns and not get around to them for several seconds... And, of course, it'd usually leave the enemy team alive and let them capture key zones while your entire team rotted in Ghost suspended limbo, or so it seemed. But now, thinking about it, I don't believe that's happened to me for quite a while. I just find that small fix pretty cool... in a "I hardly noticed" kind of way.
