I have spent alot of time on my Warlock in the crucible since I got my Nothing Manacles. MAN DO THEY STINK! Having 2 grenades is great. but the tracking on them is terrible. I will throw them under their feet and they just go away only about 2 actually track. When it does hit its so weak. Better to play sunsinger and get 2 firebolt grenades or use your exotic for something else.

After realizing thing I kept playing with my void-walker. But mixed it up a bit. Turned my recovery way up with armor being the lowest stat. MAN. I took my found verdict and thorn and just tore through people. Do not get me wrong I died a lot, but there were times when I would run into a room and kill about 3 people with no problems. ALL thanks to LIFE DRAIN. essentially I would rush in for a shotgun kill/shot. generally if i started taking damage I was always in range to get the melee in for the life drain, continuing my chaos! Right now I am leveling my Claws of Ahamkara. Once I get the 2 melee charges this will be my go to. This will be my crucible class. I would be interested in seeing how it works in the trials of Osiris depending on the map. I also find that Nova Bomb is more useful to me than Radiance in the crucible. Void-walker is my new go to. It just took the Nothing manacles to show me that, and they weren't even the reason I liked it.

All this being said mix it up. Before yesterday I was not comfortable with shotguns and was hesitant about lowering my armor stat and going guns blazing. But now I am a better player because of it. Not necessarily DOING better, but PLAYING better. Using the skills I have instead of the skills I know. I ENCOURAGE EACH OF YOU to get out there guardian, and mix it up! Change your stats, try that grenade you hate. pull out that gun you are afraid to use. Get dirty.

The Claws of Ahamkara...isn't the perk for Scorch (i.e. Sunsinger) only?

The tool tip reads: "Gain an additional charge for all warlock charged melees".

Was this not the case before? I am just going on the tool tips. I havent got the perk yet so I cannot verify. but essentially if you get in a melee fight you should win.

Yea. I feel like each super needs fine tuning;

Fist of Havoc is great but not consistent.

Bubble has is pretty solid for what it does.

Golden gun IS GREAT. unless you get shot. in your unavoidable animation for 2 seconds. ONLY super that doesnt get a "hidden damage reduction" perk.

Blade Dancer- GREAT, unless you miss or it doesnt want to lock on.

Nova Bomb - better make that shot count. and not hit the side of a wall

I have found jumping while activating helps a lot, kind of like Shoulder Charging.

ACD/0 Feedback Fence, yo. You punch them, they punch you, they get their shield, they get zapped and lose their shield, you punch them and win. :)

Without Nothing Manacles you won't have the frequent Life Drain effect though. Claws are nice, but you still have to wait for recharge after using the two. NM won't put out quite as much damage, but Life Drain will always trigger.

It was like you were doing trick shots. "See that invisible guy 100 metres away behind two buildings? Watch me kill him with my eyes closed"

Primary perk: Nothin' But Net. "Nova Bomb bounces off of hard surfaces unless close enough to harm an enemy." :)

Hell, given my luck, if I manage to kill that one scrub it's already worth it. "Bad Juju+Obsidian Mind NOVA BOMBS ALL THE TIME" build might also factor in it.

I have that accerlation perk for the further and faster shots. Pretty fun. Just have to know what youre going to hit and account for hidden walls
