The pulse Rifle for sale is amazing in crucible! I really like it. It's sort of like the stranger's rifle, but faster firing. I think I know my Iron Banner Primary this week :-)
If you have a spare weapon core like I did, pick it up. It even starts at 365.

I heard they patched this in update 1.2.0
"Reduced Aegis of the Kell damage output for better balancing"
....
