Dynamic Weapon Comparisons? (Destiny)

Has anyone found a site that lets you adjust weapon perks and see dynamically (like the bars that display in-game) their effect on a given gun? I can look up the base stats of two different guns, look up various perks for those guns, then add them together and see which is better mathematically . . . but I'm hoping to do this for most of the weapons currently in my vault . . . and that is a lot of tedious work to go through. Does anyone know of a site (or hell even an excel spreadsheet could do it) to help with this?
