Iron Banner Drop question (Destiny)

Hello,

Could someone explain the drops for me for Iron Banner clearly. Tried looking online and im still lost. I know the higher your rank the different drops youll get but can someone go into more detail. For instance, with The iron banner not selling Felwinters Lie, could I still get it as a drop? or are there just certain drops?

Random Drops:
Once you get to Rank 2, there is a chance for the Iron Banner weapons to drop.
• Silimar's Wrath' (Auto Rifle)
• Gheleon's Demise (Scout Rifle)
• Skorri's Revenge (Pulse Rifle)
• Timur's Lash (Hand Cannon)
• Efrideet's Spear (Sniper Rifle)
• Perun's Fire (Fusion Rifle)
• Felwinter's Lie (Shotgun)
• Radegast's Fury (Rocket Launcher)
• Jolder's Hammer (Machine Gun)
• Birth of History (Legendary Ship)

This is a (big) change from the previous Iron Banners. It used to be that you couldn't get weapon drops until you hit rank 3, and then the only weapon drops would be the two weapons Saladin sold the previous time.

I was quite shocked when I saw people getting Felwinters Lie drops; Ieven got my own last night after a match (and I still haven't hit rank 3 yet)!
