I got TWO elder cyphers from killing Skolas tonight with Cyber and TheeChaos! Void burn Skolas is actually pretty fun, seeing as how you actually have to play the fight. It's a little long, but way better than solar burn.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you got them at the exact same time, it's a bug and you'll only be able to choose one weapon at the end.

And the Queenbreakers Bow is a crazy amount of fun! A sniper you can fire from your hip is pretty cool, even with the charge time. Not to mention, equip the combat sight and no red sniper glare!
