I have no friends (Destiny)
I feel like I've missed a whole lot of content due to having 0 friends to play destiny with, I have no IRL friends who play and I don't play destiny a whole lot as is.
I've got by this far as I mainly play crucible and I have used such sites as the100 and destiny lfg but I still have an empty friends list when ever I get on. I'm a bit lonely
I've only ever completed 1 nightfall since launch, haven't done either raid and have no chance for PoE <28 or ToO
If there are people who play on 360 who play regularly enough to have a casual who plays sporadically they can jump in a game with, please add me!
My GT is raflection, I don't have a mic, I will play for 3 hours on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, when ever I get on these days could always be different.

There are ABSOLUTELY people who play on 360 regularly around here. I just made a Nightfall FB event here: http://destiny.bungie.org/forum/index.php?mode=fireteambuilder&event=662. Go join it or let me know if there is a better time that works for you.
There is also a Raid scheduled for Sunday night right now if you are interested. I'm sure the 360 folks will be willing to explain the mechanics to you without you having a mic, they are a bunch of nice guys. If you can get a mic eventually it will definitely help, but communicating through waves and dances still works :)

Hey monochron! I would to join your nightfall (I'll be on for 3 hours in about an hours time) would this be within your timing?
The problem I find a lot is because I'm GMT (England) the time zone difference is a struggle and because I never know for sure at what time I'll be getting on, I find it hard to join fire teams :/
Also, I've watched enough full raids on YouTube to understand the mechanics haha also add me !

But seriously, go to the pound shop and buy a microphone. It doesn't need to be a 360 mic, any old phone microphone will work. Look for 2.5 mm and stick it in the middle.
Also, while you may understand raid mechanics, there are strategies that often need to be communicated. For example, using auto rifles or scout rifles on oracles, or the layout of dudes for the confluxes, or the exact timing of things on Crota.

Just wanted to vouch for this statement. It's amazing how well I'm able to communicate with my regular fireteam members on the PS4 crew simply by dancing, pointing, and waving.

- Schedule them early. I've never not had people sign up if I posted them early enough. Really there is no reason to not have people to play with as a member of this community.
- The second thing is get a mic as soon as possible. It makes the game better. It's not a necessity, but it allows you to build relationships faster, which results in more invites. Most of my social play this week has been with people from England and Australia, so the time zone problem is not insurmountable.
- Sign up on the roster and send friend requests to those who play when you do.
- Stop whining. Sorry to be blunt, but really, you've got many potential friends here. You just haven't sought them in the right way.
