That would be terrible. If I could buy unlimited Light at level 5 I'd have unlimited light right now. At the very least I could buy 62 without even leaving the tower. Then another 7-9 an hour if I wanted to glimmer farm. A lot of players would buy so many that they completely lose their value as an activity incentive.

That said, 1 for Rank 3 and 2 more for Rank 5 would have been nice for those players who haven't been able to use the other avenues yet.
