Etheric Light From House of Judgement Package (Destiny)

Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, but apparently you can get Etheric Light from a House of Judgement rewards package! I just hit rank 3, so it's possible it's just a one time thing, but would be cool if you have a chance of getting them in your weekly reward package. Anyone else seen this?

Got a package today with no idea why
I hadn't ranked up, hadn't done any queen's Bounties, hadn't done any PoE or finished my Dreg's Promise bounty. It was just there. Anyone else had this?
On Topic: Awesome! I'm glad there are more PvE methods to obtaining Light, even if it is random (very low) chance.

You get it as long as your rank is at least rank 2 (it might be rank 1, I didn't pay enough attention then).

I have a Warlock at rank 1 and doesn't get a weekly package, so it must be rank 2.

You get it as long as your rank is at least rank 2 (it might be rank 1, I didn't pay enough attention then).

Does Petra or the Postmaster give them out?

Wow, I would have put a LOT more effort into ranking up if I'd known about this. This is the first mention of it I can remember, and it's not like I don't keep up on my reading around here.
As it stands right now, I'm not even sure any of my characters are rank 1, just because I've split up my PoE time, and I don't tend to run the 28 much. Definitely will be ranking up at least one character now.
Got another Etheric Light this week too.
