Heavy weapon perk stacks with Ruin Wings... (Destiny)

Heavy Weapon perk lets you carry extra Heavy, Ruin Wings increase the amount of Heavy that you get from a drop. Combine that with Surplus and Field Scout (or Surplus AND Field Scout), and you'll never go hungry again.

But no, there are no ammo perks specific to a Heavy Class.
