I highly recommend the Outlast Bundle. (Gaming)

It is much, much better with friends, but I thought it was a blast alone, too. It's just a really solid, ridiculous shooter (and funny!). It was engaging enough to play alone, but with friends . . . it's one of (if not THE) most fun co-op game I've played.

I agree. It feels like someone was trying to spoof another game. But in reality it just the developers being themselves and not giving a hoot. And at the same time the plot is pretty darn solid.

I mean "STAIRS!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, HOW DID YOU KNOW STAIRS ARE MY GREATEST WEAKNESS!? Other than..."

Best. Line. Ever.
