I said when they introduced microtransactions. They aren't coming until September! 2 months to enjoy it.

And sense to me anyway. Seems like a good way to generate extra profit that could hopefully help the game continue to grow and expand. I just don't want to end up with a model that gives another player an advantage with better gear. I don't think Bungie would ever do that anyway.

And to be fair, Bungie did not offer them as their idea, they gave it to the community because the community practically begged for it! I don't think this is going to set any precedents aside from them possibly having better bundles in the future.

I personally don't get into buying little content. Emotes, shaders, whatever. But I think it's a cool idea for people who want to feel special when they play. I'd rather "earn" content by completing some special quest than buy it anyway. I can see how my style of play doesn't really generate any additional revenue stream though, and I'm cool with having a way for the developer to rake in some extra dough.
