Im excited! Purifier robes!!

Hurray for Purifier Robes!

Is Eternal Warrior anything special? I still haven't found my favorite Titan Loadout. EW is ugly as s*** but if it has some amazing perk I might throw down the coins.

Nothing special about it. Aesthetically I think its cool but I prefer the helm of inmost light with unstoppable. Rather than the Eternal warrior.

I noticed yesterday the model is different depending on your gender. Female Titans have a decidedly more female-looking creepy stone face than Male Titans. A nice touch, I think.

I don't think I've seen the female version. Not that it's probably any less creepy. lol

These threads would be a lot more useful if there was some actual information in them.

EDIT: As for whether or not they would be useful with that information, yes. I think so. But, I also know that the majority of us know what these things do and look like, so I just kinda say what I think about them. We're not planet destiny. We're the hardcore nutjobs.

Also, I usually write it on my phone since if I'm awake at 5 AM I'm not by a computer, and I can't be bothered to include actual information. I know that the stuff I would find important if I were checking the forum away from home is the crap he's selling.

Most people who find value out of these posts can't check b.net from work/etc. It's simple but a nice convenience that DBOers would definitely appreciate, especially when it provides more utility than checking the app that morning. No, I get that. But people ALSO want to know:

1. Where he is
2. What the items he have actually do (not everyone even here knows off the top of their heads)
3. The stats on the items

People usually come to the forum for this information because they can also ask questions and opinions about items.

I guess my major point is: this isn't like when people post about the BWU, which happens at an inconsistent time so the posts at least tell people when it was posted. Xur comes at EXACTLY the same time every week. Opening the DBO forum to check what he has is literally as easy as opening the app, which will alert you with what he has, but that's not why people come and check the forum on Xurday.

And if it's so easy to check a site on where he is, why not open it, see where he is, and post it since it takes "2 seconds." The more information in a post the better in general.

Personally I have no need for someone listing the stats, despite me wanting to know them - without also knowing the stats on my current gear that information is completely useless to me. I imagine it's the same to others - if you dont have the item you'll buy it anyway, and if you do you either don't care or you'll go compare his stuff to yours (unless you know your stats off the top of your head. Unlikely)

Fair enough, this is honestly the main reason I brought it up. (And I at wasn't trying to personally pounce on Funkmon, he was just talking about it so I brought it up).

No time for relaxation!

So I went in and picked up the Purifier Robes for my warlock. Thought maybe I had them already but couldn't find it. Did not pick up the hunter version of the Crest as I recently already got one with better stats. Purchased a helmet engram which decrypted to the Eternal Warrior helmet with nearly the same stats as what Xur is selling so that was one less buy I had to make.

Yeah, those were fun to make. There are a few reasons why I stopped making them, but it definitely didn't help that they would get tacked onto the "ME FIRST!" posts that gave zero info/input or were filled with crappy opinions. Kind of devalued the effort put into them (especially since I made a point of getting them done in a timely manner).

But whatevs, I'm sure people enjoy just being told what he has, what the engram is, and where he is.. Although it seems even that little info is too difficult for the "first!" Crowd...
