I was considering recording all character's dialogue, but surprise, Bungie only mixes voice on the center channel during cutscenes, so there's never a clean track.

Anyway, some of the random people who aren't NPCs have some interesting stuff to say. There was a woman by the jukebox who said something like "many people in the city don't even think guardians actually exist". That's weird…

I really hope we learn more about stuff like this. I want to know what daily life is like for most of humanity (not Guardians). What is the ratio of Guardians to civilians? Etc., etc.
