People who play with me know my 3x-5x a week Judgement's Chance quest for Fallen perk boots. Today, when me, Disciple, and Midnight beat Skolas, I dumped the cores in for that. I saw, for the first time I've ever seen them, VEX perks! How common are these?!

Overall, I have no idea. But I've personally never had any or seen them for sale.

About as common as the other factions, I imagine. I have gear for each of the factions among different characters.
Not that I don't believe you, I've just never seen it before. Do you have a screenshot to make me feel like I am not going insane?

I've gotten Vex boots from the chance too (Dis 82, Str 76)
