I was just curious. I enjoyed the twitch reveal of Trials from Bungie, and I also watched a DBO stream (I think Beorn was responsible for?). Its such a fun game type just to watch, I'd love to see some of you guys play live.

Is anyone else on DBO interested in watching fellow DBOers? If so maybe we could all collaborate and setup a FTB event and all the audience members could sign up as tentative/mark in the comments that they are observing.

It could be our version of Friday night football games, where we support our home team.

cruelLegacey has done twitch streaming in the past, don't know if he has much recently. I've been thinking of asking him to twitch stream his trials runs lately. So, I guess now is as good a time as any to bring it up. =)

I usually can't use my mic, so that doesn't make me the most engaging live stream host, but I can broadcast the rest of the party chat if everyone is cool with that.

I would love to see a video of all three players in sync. Because it awesome to see one, but to see the whole team and what they are doing, that would be truly amazing.

It would be awesome. Because I've seen you guys kick ass in Trials. It's easy to see how each of you guys are good, but it's really hard to see how good you are as a team without a split video. It's also much harder to learn from it :-)

If we do any trials this upcoming weekend (which im sure we will) lets both stream. We just need to ensure we have an audience. I of course will be disabling chat text on screen but will be on my laptop as well.

I really want to start doing it regularly for many reasons.

I believe so. But if you have it set up on twitch it should automatically record/archive your videos for 30 days or so. I am not sure what you can do with this.

My problem is that I can only stream in mid/low quality, so the picture isn't great. I'd like to save clips using the DVR in addition to livestreaming so that I can edit a video together later.

Upload speeds suck here. I get decent download speeds (between 40-60mps on average) but my upload usually hovers around 4mps. Not enough to broadcast high-quality video AND play an online competitive shooter :(

I play with other people I dont usually play with and they have heard the tales of my 'Merica. Its pretty funny. Kind of like that time I had a few too liquor in the Iron Banner.

I actually stream most other games, maybe it's the fear that streaming will increase lag, but I streamed our first Skolas run.

Yeah, I wanted to capture footage of our trip to the Lighthouse, so I cut the stream because it pops up this annoying “Streaming (5 viewers)” thing across the bottom middle of the screen and there’s nothing you can do to remove it. I usually stream with a second capture device, but I was already running late tonight so I used the built-in system.

I also need to figure out how to incorporate team chat into the stream without sticking it in the standard audio channel…
