Not quite in the same vein as yours, but I consider this a glitch:

Now, I knew that I MIGHT die, using escape artist to cloak like that while my health was low. If the Minotaur had swung right as I cloaked and just happened to hit me afterward, I would accept that as a risk that I chose to take not panning out. But that's not what happened - it continued following me with shots for several seconds, and then very purposely swung directly at me - all while I was supposedly cloaked.

In his defense, you DID just shoot his eye out so being cloaked really didn't matter to him :-)
