Would be happy to contribute dialog snippets/whole mission playthroughs, though I've no idea how to actually go about that once I've recorded to my PS4 harddrive.

If the ghost is "inside" you, it's all on the center channel and clean. When he is out flying around it may not be if he is off to your side. For instance, when he goes to turn on the lights, he's largely off center and so harder to record. PS4 recorder mixes down to stereo, so if you do it that way make sure everything else is silent, because you can;t get rid of it.
