So, I want to beat Crota Hard, so I can get closer to beating Skolas, so I can have this emblem of no real world value on 2 consoles instead of 1. You know, like you do.
Anyway, it's not going well. I've made 3 different fireteam builder events and had a grand total of 1 person sign up, cumulative.
I'm assuming it's because of when I'm scheduling them? When do Xboxers like to play (listed in EST, or CLST). I can play join 360 or XBONE.

I play during all hours on Xbone while I wait to start my new job. But I know the majority of Xbone DBOers start signing on around 5-6 PDT and play for a couple hours each. I think that's about 8-9 eastern.

I'm generally on 7-9 EST. Weekends are a bit more flexible from a time standpoint.

I can only really do raids Tuesday/Wednesday night. But if you set one up either of those nights, I'm in.

Just keep in mind if you do Tuesday evenings (around 8pm CST), you'll be competing with Kermit's Co-Op night.
I usually do that on Tuesdays, and then can do whatever on Wednesday, so I would be happy to do it then (or on Friday/Saturday night, depending on whatever real life stuff is going on).
