I don't want to watch the stream for fear of story spoilers, but forgot that Artifacts were going to be covered since they missed them last week. So, can someone fill me in on what we learned about Artifacts today?

Artifacts: Provide a talent with a chance to generate Orbs in an alternate way: E.g., Elemental Melee/Grenade/Precision kills
They also require a Level 40 character to equip.
