Buy Collectors TTK Now and play Destiny with 1+2 Now (Destiny)

I was surfing the PS Store last night on my PS4 and saw Destiny TTK Legendary Edition. In the picture it said something along the lines of Pre Load and play Destiny with Expansions 1 and 2 now. I know people will ask for a source but I searched around this morning and couldnt find anything online. BUT if my eyes didnt deceive me, its a good time for you guys that want to get the new generation or if you want to get it on your other system, now would be a good time. I didnt check my XBONE. I will follow up this evening with pictures if no one is able to find them before then.

EDIT # 2: COLLECTORS EDITION

When the offer came up on the X1, I bought it, and that's how I've been playing there. You do essentially get everything but TTK content right off the bat.

Common knowledge? I dunno. It just made sense that you'd be able to play the already-released portions of the game...
