Law of the Jungle - Analysis from a Storyteller's Perspectiv
I realize there's been several analyses of Bungie's trailer for Destiny, but I hadn't seen one done from a storyteller's perspective. So I wrote one over at Destiny Guardian.
It's not a frame-by-frame breakdown of the video but more of a meta-analysis on theme and plot. Thought it might be interesting to share my thoughts.

Law of the Jungle - Analysis from a Storyteller's Perspectiv
Just so you know, very small detail, on the Youtube page in the summary it does say that the Hunter is in fact the child:
As a Guardian of the City sets out on an epic, action-packed adventure to reclaim our Solar System, he recalls the moment when he was first taught the most important lesson of all -- The Law of the Jungle.
So you were right, and we can lay that question to rest!

Heh, well, I did imply that the Hunter's identity is not important. It doesn't really change the flow of the narrative at all. :-)
