At what attack value are the old Legendaries being frozen. I mean, do they freeze at whatever value they are at, or their current max?

At what attack value are the old Legendaries being frozen. I mean, do they freeze at whatever value they are at, or their current max?

I don't know for sure, but I would imagine it's at their current max. I don't think the current weapons are changing at all aside from the attack number being changed to the new system, so they should still be upgradable even after the fact.
