Anybody know what to do these? My internet cut out (yes, Fiber isn't perfect!) before I could figure it out and now I don't know how to activate it again. Any clues? I love all these new things in Patrol!

Sorry, I've been posting while playing! :)

So there's at least one new Patrol mission which involves using your Sparrow to race around the area and hit rifts to charge them (which is fun and different!), but, between other missions, the ghost has spoken up randomly about intercepting a message. He then says something about finding a way to decode it. But going into Nav mode just shows "???? ????" as the mission description. I started looking around the area I was in (Rubicon Wastes I think) for more clues but my internet cut out and I was sent back to Orbit. I went back to Patrol and couldn't figure out if there was a way to initiate that 'mystery' mission again or if it just happens randomly.

They're pretty cool to figure out, but I guess we'll know all the possible variations within a month or so.

Last step of the sequence was a nice surprise. Made me chuckle once Steel figured out the message. He didn't quite figure out what we had to do though.

The main part of the fun is figuring them out. I'd be pretty sad if someone told me outright any of the possibilities, especially that last one we had.

Okay then, thanks - I'll stay dark on this. But could you answer me on just the question of whether I did something to activate it or if it's just random (if you know)?

I don't know. I seem to have gotten mine immediately after I finished a regular patrol bounty while in the buried city on mars. I was looking for a new one to do and none of the ones that normally appear wear coming up. When I exited the ghost search he started telling me about getting a garbled transmission...

I also received one immediately after completing a handful of missions on Mars. It was pretty fun!

When we got to the end of the mystery bounty, I was busy not being squished by 4 Cabal, so I didn't see exactly what happened. And then it was over. I was nervous that I had missed a mystery chest, but Zack assured me I hadn't.

It was very cool.
