You can see the field test weapons in the Gunsmiths inventory on the bungie app. Likewise on the bungie.net site. Looks like 2 sniper rifles, fusion rifle, rocket launcher, and a pulse rifle.

I've gone with the Omolon RR1 sniper!
Great looking scope and sounds ace too, though a little more recoil than I'm used to. Fun stuff :)

They each have specific requirements to complete their test.
For example the Hakke Pukse rifle requires precision kills. The Omolon Sniper and Fusion Rifles require Crucible kills. Hakke Sniper says double kills but doesn't specify PvP or PvE so I'm thinking maybe either. Suros Rocket Launcher says use against high ranking targets, so probably Majors and Ultras, and the VIP from Public Events.

You can take them all.
I did double kills in cosmodrome. Rocket Launcher on the Hive majors that I needed for the bounty today anyway.
The crucible kills are the only ones I still need to complete. Which may never happen.

If you complete the Field Test with the weapon, then dismantle it, you cannot get another one.
