Bug with Quests (Thorn) (Destiny)

Anyone from Bungie reading?
Before the 2.0 update, I finished the thorn bounty. When the update hit, the speaker had an icon over his head. When approached, the last step of the thorn bounty appeared, and it says to complete the quest, but there is nothing in the banner. It's blank. I can only dismiss the message, but the icon remains, and every time I talk to him I have to dismiss the quest.

Unrelated Bug

Not all of my weapons unlocked all the bubble-upgrades. Most of them did, but a few weapons that had a few bubbles unlocked just stayed where they were. They might have been the guns my characters were holding.
Speaking of which, Sammy got a Thorn from Rahool...

The guy next to her got a Bad Juju. Guess those weapons are in the pool now...
