So when I started playing with the new guns I found that it was way to easy to just pull the trigger and listen to the sound of it. I also wasn't aiming at enemies. And my eyes were closed.

But yeah, gun sounds. Awesome.

Pulse rifles sound meaty.

Assault rifles sound meatier.

Sidearm sounds dangerous.

I did find a sidearm that sounded like a little kid spitting. It was the wussiest gun sound I've ever heard in a video game, and I'm kinda sad I sharded it.
