- Buy the titan helmet and a pair of gloves (warlock or hunter).
- infuse them into a legendary you like
- buy the blueprint back for 2500 glimmer and an exotic shard
- infuse
- rinse
- repeat
How much does it raise the legendary?
Depends on the gap between them. I just infused a 274 Leg.Arm with a 280 Ex.Arm, and it brought up the Leg to 280. But I also just Infused a Leg weapon with a higher-level Rare, and it brought it close, but not all the way. I haven't worked the math out yet, but I'm sure someone will soon.
