Just note, that if you try to duplicate this you may end up breaking a quest line unintentionally. This is likely to have something to do with a daily heroic story mission or something.

Sounds as if this is an area that will be accessible when Paradox rolls around as a Daily Heroic.
This is a bad idea, I would advise: do not do
No rewards, obviously a glitch, and could potentially impact a future quest.
