Just note, that if you try to duplicate this you may end up breaking a quest line unintentionally. This is likely to have something to do with a daily heroic story mission or something.
Man this stuff is looking awesome...
and will take us until march to get, as we have to get the Rep up on the factions.

Sounds as if this is an area that will be accessible when Paradox rolls around as a Daily Heroic.
This is a bad idea, I would advise: do not do
No rewards, obviously a glitch, and could potentially impact a future quest.
