Can't place an arms day order today? (Destiny)

Is there a cut off for this shit? I was waiting to place my orders in today so I wasn't lugging around inventory squatters, but when I went to Banshee he didn't have anything for me to order. My hunter is lvl 2 with him, so I tried switching to my lvl 1 warlock and still found no dice

What gives? I know I saw stuff earlier last week (Friday or so)

The cutoff is the same time that Xur leaves the tower (i.e. 2am Pacific time, Sunday morning).
