Thoughts on King's Fall *SP* (Destiny)
That being said, I think you must have missed something on Golgoroth because that fight is crazy easy once you get the strategy down. You won't be remotely close to the enrage timer, and he goes from being an insane bullet sponge to being made out of paper mache. My raid team had to look up the strategy for him, but once we did, he went down like a sack of potatoes.
I'm not sure if individual light level had something to do with it, or maybe the weapons that others were carrying maybe weren't as high as some of mine. It was pretty frustrating. Golgoroth was by far the longest part of King's Fall for us.
Oryx, on the other hand, I think has too many moving parts which all result in a total wipe if a single very small mistake is made, like jumping at the wrong time, or not jumping at the right time. It's a massive increase in difficulty from the rest of the raid.
I actually felt the least stressed doing Oryx's part. It just seemed to flow together so smoothly, and we all did our jobs. It was a fun time.
