Let me poke more tonight, but I seem to recall something about the organization that built the Warminds being revealed as the mysterious Seven Seraphs who's name we've known (somehow) since before Destiny shipped. I don't think it was Grimoire info... more like an article or podcast that mentioned disguising Rasputin's bunker as a refueling station pre collapse ...
