Secret room during the piston jumping puzzle, you get to it by activating light-up spikes in a particular order and then a piston shoves someone into the entrance. Inside there is a relic and a statue to dunk it in, once you dunk the relic six times 6 runes light up, then everyone is overcharged, but they don't know what to do after that.
