Yeah, I also got the impression that it was downloaded and just waiting for a purchase so you could play it immediately.

Now, though, I don't actually have a clue.

If it is downloaded, that's bad. If not, it's still bad, but only in a minor annoyance way. I don't have a Playstation, but I imagine there's enough unnecessary crap on the the screen, and I hate that. I'm the kind of dude that doesn't have desktop shortcuts, because I think it looks bad, so this would absolutely annoy the crap out of me.

At least it's simple to turn off.
