An Answering Chord (Destiny)

I just wanted to say how happy this gun makes me, and say that I'm a little surprised that I don't see it mentioned much. Maybe no one likes ARs anymore?

The base stats are great except for the stability, which is crap. But the version you can get for a quest reward has Perfect Balance and Injection Mold. With those 2 selected, it's practically a stat-for-stat match with Shadow Price, which is almost universally acknowledged as the best year 1 AR that isn't Suros Regime. The range is actually better. The reload is slightly slower, but it also has 2 more rounds in the mag, so I call it a draw. Plus the ranged scope it comes with is great. The only problem I have with it is that I really doubt any other AR is going to stack up now that I've used this thing. :)

As for the other 2 choices: Apple of Discord is also pretty excellent, IMO. Nothing wrong with Down and Doubt, but I feel like there are probably better hand cannons out there.

Thoughts? Which legendaries out of the new batch have become your go-to weapons?
