Reddit says that if you missed the firewall mission two days ago, you can simply play the mission in the firebreak of someone who has it, and get the drop of the core at the end. There you go Claude!

Get the mission on an alt. Have people send you paypal donations to join your fireteam and get it. Bail before it completes. Rinse repeat.
I misunderstood Cody's post I think. I thought you had to have the mission but have not completed it. Sounds like the mission is simply there to be replayed.
So you can redo this with a fireteam member who has previously done it.
If anyone needs it on the PS4 let me know, happy to share.
I need this on 360, if anyone has it.

Also, if you do that mission twice, you can get a second transceiver. I completed one run at the weapon before doing the solo mission a 2nd time, and I was surprised to find that when the IKELOS core dropped the second time, I didn't need to do any of the repair quests-- I just click them in the interface and it's already activated.
