In the director I have a blinking purple triangle over the Tower, but I can't find anyone I need to talk to in the tower, any ideas? I've walked up to every single vendor, none have a blinking icon. I'm baffled.

I've had this since I started quests. I just ignore it as a bug that won't be fixed any time soon.
Buy a Red Bull
Apparently the Red Bull quest still gives you a Quest icon even if you havent entered a code to unlock the quest. Only way to get rid of it is to buy a can and complete the quest.

Xbox player, Red Bull would do nothing.
The Redbull quest isn't exclusive.
Or I didn't think it was, anyway.
It's definitely not PS4 exclusive

I haven't even done the first part. I really should since the reward is a sparrow in my colors (blue and silver).
The sparrow is essentially a ravensteel/tumblr combo. So you can get the best of both worlds.
